Jewellery care

Keep Your Nayora Jewellery Brilliant

Your Nayora jewellery is crafted in 925 Sterling Silver, finished with 14K White Gold and Rhodium plating, and adorned with carefully selected CZ and Moissanite stones.

Like all fine jewellery, your piece deserves a little care. With the right habits, you can preserve its shine, finish and brilliance for much longer.

PERFUME & COSMETICS COME FIRST

Perfume, lotions, creams, makeup, hairspray, deodorant, oils and sanitizers can contain chemicals that may affect the surface of your jewellery over time.

Our recommendation:

Apply your beauty products → let them dry → wear your jewellery.

Avoid spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery.

03 — KEEP YOUR JEWELLERY AWAY FROM CHEMICALS

To protect your silver and plated finish, avoid direct contact with:

  • Chlorine
    * Bleach
    * Household cleaning products
    * Acetone/nail-polish remover
    * Strong detergents
    * Alcohol-based products
    * Hair sprays and styling products

TARNISHING IS NATURAL

925 Sterling Silver is a precious metal, but like all sterling silver, it can naturally tarnish over time.

Tarnishing can be accelerated by:

* Humidity
* Perspiration
* Perfume and cosmetics
* Chlorine
* Sulfur
* Salt water
* Household chemicals
* Prolonged exposure to air

Don’t worry — tarnishing does not mean your jewellery is fake or damaged.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR NAYORA JEWELLERY

Regular gentle cleaning helps remove oils, dust and everyday buildup while keeping your jewellery looking fresh.

For light cleaning:

1. Remove your jewellery.
2. Use a soft, clean and lint-free cloth.
3. Gently wipe the surface to remove fingerprints, oils and dust.
4. If deeper cleaning is required, use lukewarm water with a small amount of mild soap.
5. Gently clean using your fingers or an extremely soft brush.
6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
7. Pat dry immediately with a soft cloth.
8. Allow the piece to become completely dry before storing it.

Never scrub aggressively.

Your jewellery contains a plated finish, so excessive rubbing or abrasive cleaning can gradually wear the surface.
