You acknowledge and agree that jewellery products, by their nature, may exhibit minor variations in colour, finish, size, texture, detailing, engraving placement, and overall appearance due to manufacturing processes, polishing, plating, lighting conditions during photography, screen settings, or handcrafted techniques. Such variations shall not be considered defects. Sterling silver jewellery is prone to natural oxidation and tarnishing over time when exposed to air, moisture, humidity, sweat, perfumes, chemicals, or environmental conditions. This is a natural property of silver and does not constitute a defect or quality issue. Gold-plated jewellery consists of a base metal, including but not limited to sterling silver or alloy, coated with a layer of gold. The longevity of such plating depends on factors such as frequency of use, exposure to friction, moisture, sweat, cosmetics, perfumes, chemicals, and environmental conditions. Over time, gold plating may fade, dull, or wear off. Such changes are inherent to plated jewellery and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under defect claims.
