At Nayora, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care and made after your order is placed. Each piece involves skilled craftsmanship, precious materials and detailed finishing before it reaches you.
Because our jewellery is handcrafted, made specifically for orders and contains precious materials, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
NO RETURNS. EXCHANGE ONLY.
We believe every Nayora piece deserves to find the right person. If you need a different size or would like to choose another eligible piece, we offer an exchange, subject to our Exchange Policy.
WHY WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS
Unlike mass-produced products, Nayora jewellery is not simply taken from ready stock and shipped.
Your jewellery goes through a process of:
Order → Crafting → Finishing → Quality Check → Packaging → Delivery
Our pieces are carefully handcrafted using 925 Sterling Silver, finished with 14K White Gold and Rhodium plating, and may feature CZ or Moissanite stones.
Because of the craftsmanship, precious materials and resources involved in creating each piece, we are unable to accept products back for a return and refund.
This allows us to maintain the quality, exclusivity and craftsmanship that Nayora stands for.
EXCHANGE IS AVAILABLE
While we don’t offer returns, eligible jewellery can be exchanged in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
Exchange requests are subject to:
- The applicable exchange period
- The jewellery being unused and unworn
- The product being in its original condition
- Original packaging and accompanying materials being intact
- Our quality inspection
- Availability of the requested replacement
